For deer to be managed effectively they have to be seen as part of the wider management system.   They are a natural asset, an integral part of the countryside, and their presence can influence the environment around them and have detrimental effect on the surrounding plants and trees .   If you are getting forestry damage, or any form of 'fraying' or 'browsing', that is causing you concern we will be happy to visit you on the site and discuss what form of protection or action needs to be taken to solve the problem.    Once we have identified the specific issue we will draw up a management plan that can then be implemented, whether it is to cull all the deer on that site or help you to manage the number of deer on your land on an ongoing basis.
